As a non-governmental organization, donations to Zabarang Kalyan Samity are generally considered final and non-refundable, as they are used immediately to support our ongoing programs and operations serving communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
3. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally made the same donation more than once
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without your authorization
- Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect donation amount being charged
- Processing Errors: If we made an error in processing your donation
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after making a voluntary donation
- Donations made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
- Donations for which tax receipts have already been issued and claimed
- In-kind donations of goods or services

8. Tax Implications
If you receive a refund for a donation for which you have already received a tax receipt, you are responsible for informing the relevant tax authorities and making any necessary adjustments to your tax filings.
