The Executive Committee of Zabarang Kalyan Samity is backed by an Advisory Board, which is constituted of a group of eminent citizens, intellectuals and non-partisan social leaders, who have remarkable contribution to the CHT society and willingness to provide voluntary services in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. The general roles of the Advisory Committee of Zabarang Kalyan Samity are to-

1. provide advisory supports to the Executive Director and the Executive Committee when deemed necessary;
2. provide suggestions in the policy formulation process of the organization; and
3. play the role of mediator if any dispute arise within the Executive Committee members and in the organizational higher level management.
