Project Objectives
Objectives:
Ensure immediate food security for the most vulnerable affected households in Sajek Union through campaign for emergency assistance.
Stabilize livelihoods and household income by providing urgent cash support and preventing negative coping mechanisms (e.g., debt, migration, asset sales).
Support recovery and resilience of jhum-farming communities by supplying seeds and agricultural inputs for the next cultivation cycle.
Strengthen community preparedness for recurrent rodent infestations and related food insecurity in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
